Bhargava is chief product officer for SAP’s customer experience portfolio. She previously was SVP of software engineering for Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and spent a decade at Oracle.
Co-headquartered in Provo, Utah, and Seattle, Wash., Qualtrics spun out from SAP and went public a year ago. The company provides a platform for assessing the experience of customers, employees, users and other stakeholders. It reported 2021 revenue of $1.075 billion, up 41% year-over-year.
— Kirkland, Wash.-based Adaptiva announced Kristian Kalsing as chief product officer and Jeff Bergstrom as chief financial officer. Both are former executives at Winshuttle, which was acquired by Precisely in July.
Kalsing spent more than a decade at Winshuttle, most recently as VP of product and solutions. Following the acquisition he joined Precisely as VP of product marketing.
Bergstrom also spent more than a decade at Winshuttle and previously served as CFO at PowerTech and AdXpose.
— Online directory Whitepages hired Eric Merritt as VP of engineering. He was most recently a senior director of engineering at Narvar, a customer loyalty platform.
Merritt is a former Amazon software engineer and held engineering leadership roles at Sinclair Broadcast Group and Sunlight Payments, a social impact startup that was backed by Bill Gates.
— Seattle-based cryptocurrency startup Coinme appointed Tom Davis as its general counsel and corporate secretary. He was most recently a leader for IBM’s financial crimes insight and regulatory compliance unit.
A former FBI Special Agent assigned to white collar crime, Davis previously served as general counsel for connected car startup Airbiquity.
Coinme partners with Coinstar and Moneygram to provide physical locations in the U.S. for cash and bitcoin exchange. The 8-year-old company raised $10 million last year and plans to expand internationally.
— Former Amperity Director of Communications Lisa Chan joined SeatGeek in the same role. Chan previously led communications at OfferUp, TaskRabbit, Chartboost, and Indiegogo.

— Former HaptX Director of Marketing Andrew Mitrak joined Seattle startup Mystery as head of growth marketing. He was most recently head of growth marketing for trucking marketplace Convoy’s B2B business.
Founded by Convoy alum, Mystery launched in 2019 as a service for mystery dates. Since the pandemic, it experimented with a “Night In” service for people at home and is now focusing on a B2B service for employee engagement.
The company describes its corporate offering as “morale-as-a-service” and provides its clients with virtual or in-person events, an employee rewards program and engagement data.
